Nathaniel Kirsh, CPA, MBA, CBV, is Head of Finance at BoxOne. Nathaniel is responsible for the finances of the firm and its portfolio companies, including financial structuring, financial reporting, tax planning, acquisitions & divestitures, and debt and equity financing.

He is also responsible for monitoring the firm's investments. Nathaniel joined BoxOne drawing on his previous experience as a valuations and corporate finance practitioner at a large accounting firm, followed by his time as a manager at an international consulting firm. He is experienced in managing M&A deal processes as well as producing valuation and quantification reports for litigation purposes, including breach of contract, loss of intellectual property, construction claims, and matrimonial & shareholder disputes. Nathaniel has broad experience in a range of industries, including healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, technology, real estate, aviation, distribution, retail, mining and Indigenous-owned businesses and communities.  

Outside of BoxOne, he directs a local charity (Encore!Sistema Quebec) which provides free music programs and scholarships to underprivileged areas of Montréal. He is also a course lecturer at McGill University. Bilingual in English and French, Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from McGill University. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (OCPAQ) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV).
